Nope, RBR.dll´s postprocessing didnt convince me either after all..
What you can do, is changing tracksettings.ini for better daylight (like brighter sky). Dont ask me how exactly to do it though, it´s a little bit of experimenting.
Also try the shiny car shader mods for improoved reflections on the cars.

Are you atleast using RBR.dll? There seems to be some type of glare effect? The sun in RBR isnt usually as vibrant as it looks on the car.
